Privacy Policy

Part of Memo’s mandate is to teach clients how websites collect information and what that means for them. As such, we collect as little information possible when you’re on our website. We promise to never sell, distribute, or lease your information to a third party.

We use a few different programs to power this website. Here are the links to their own privacy policies:

In order to comply with credit card processing requirements, this website includes third-party javascript from Stripe that may contain other tracking. However, this content is only loaded when you process a payment on our website (like when you sign up for a workshop). Read Stripe’s privacy policy.

Occasionally, we use Typeform to publish a fun quiz or ask our customers for feedback. Typeform places responsibility on their users to safely handle their collected data. Read Typeform’s privacy policy.

Mailchimp collects data through cookies and other tracking technology when you interact with our emails, including your IP address, your operating system, your browser ID, and what you’ve clicked on or bought in our marketing emails. Read Mailchimp’s privacy policy here (with special attention to the ‘Privacy for contacts’ section) and their Cookie Statement here.

We will not host advertisements on this website.

We do not use cookies.

If you process a payment, sign up for our newsletter, or reach out to us via email for more information, we may ask for a little more information to better serve you. But it’s always your choice to share this with us.

Please feel free to reach out to if you have any questions.
