When did staying connected get so complicated?

We can help you learn to use technology in a way that enriches your life.

How we help

One-on-one support

We’ll spend some time together learning about how the web can enrich your life, get you set up, and help you with any technical problems you encounter.

Group classes

For people who want to learn digital skills together. This is ideal for retirement residents, social clubs, libraries and other public spaces, or even a group of friends.

Step-by-step tutorials

For independent learners looking to move at their own pace, we have a growing library of tutorials and clearly written instructions that help you solve technical problems on your own.

The internet isn’t as complicated as it seems. In fact, we promise you that with a little practice, it can actually make your life easier. That’s what we’re all about here at Memo— teaching you how to use technology in a way that works for you, as an individual.

Through our programming, you’ll learn how to use tools that can deepen your connection with your loved ones online, and understand how the internet has changed language so you can communicate with all of your family members... even your grandkids.

You’ll learn how to keep up-to-date with current events through digital media, and be given strategies to figure out what is and isn’t reliable information online.

We know that you want to feel safe and secure online, so we’ll help you understand when it’s okay to give out your personal information and when it’s best to keep it to yourself.

Understanding the internet is like opening a door to a whole new world. But not a world that’s cold and intimidating— a world that can help you reconnect to all the things that bring you joy.

We're so happy you're here. Now let's get started!
