In some ways, the internet has made our lives easier. We can do pretty much anything from the comfort of our own home now. It’s also helped us connect with people from around the world, and given us access to more information than ever before.

But it’s also created a whole new set of challenges: from navigating misinformation and fake news, balancing mental health and constant connectedness, and confusion about online data and your privacy in this new digital space.

That’s why we’re here. To help ease these transitions and learn how to use the internet in a way that makes sense for you. Responsible and empowered technology use that (we promise) can enrich your life. At its core, the internet is just a tool, and you get to decide how it fits into your world— not the other way around.

Learn to find reliable information about issues you’re passionate about, and feel more equipped to take action.

Learn strategies to remain online, but with self-care in mind.

Learn what all those privacy policies really mean, and understand what data is being collected about you and how it’s used.

We have an opportunity to shape the online environment into a space that works for everyone, including you. Through guides, courses, tutorials and our library, you can help build a healthier internet.

We're so happy you're here. Now let's get started!
